The third phase of A Mata: seven villas with courtyards among the trees, in a clearing of Atlantic Forest in Trancoso, southern Bahia.

A Mata III completes the ensemble begun by A Mata I and A Mata II and shares A Mata's common areas with them — clubhouse, tennis court, wellness and beach access. The book, floor plans and terms are being prepared; a consultant can share what is already defined.
