Villas integrated with lush natural vegetation
Inspired by the coastal way of life in Trancoso – an unspoiled jewel on the Brazilian coast – renowned architect Guilherme Torres presents contemporary architecture and interior design in dialog with the sophisticated simplicity of local life. The villas and cottages were designed to be an extension of the outside environment, surrounded by Alex Hanazaki’s landscaping, creating a private and mysterious atmosphere.
The project
The project exalts the talented carpenters and artisans of the region, known for its manual artists, by incorporating wood together with micropigmented cement. This composition materializes elements of Brazilian architecture in synergy with Trancoso life, providing a slower stay that allows for contemplation and a sense of belonging.
Two great artists of the 21st century conceived the project. An internationally renowned Brazilian name, Guilherme Torres balances rigorous aesthetics with irreverent design, creating a strong signature in architecture. In landscaping, Alex Hanazaki’s challenge was to create gardens like works of art with his authentic perfectionism.
With a complete proposal, the development brings the Clubhouse A Mata with breakfast hospitality, spa, swimming pool and garage, guaranteeing continuous well-being.
And the wellness area consisting of a spa, gym and parking lot, promoting greater well-being in the midst of nature, with easy access to Nampur Praia Trancoso (Praia Flô), the beach club right on the sand, just a five-minute walk away, or by exclusive transfer from the condominium.
A Mata was developed by Nampur, which has 25 years’ experience in the southern region of Bahia and has delivered several projects signed by the best architects and landscapers in the country.

I wanted to extract the quintessence of what this magical place represents to me”
