The project
The architecture and interior design, by Renato Santoro and Felipe Castilho Perez, bring together the tradition of Tulum and the Bahian lifestyle. The project features rooms that connect the interior to the exterior: the living and dining room extend to the outdoor area with a swimming pool – like a large patio – evoking a welcoming atmosphere.
Another way of connecting the internal and external environments is the use of muxarabi (a hollow element carved out of wood), which lets in natural light and ventilation while preserving the privacy of the master suite, without losing the view. This intimate essence is harmoniously combined with the materialities of the local culture – wood, stone and concrete – in dialog with the natural landscape.
Strategically positioned so that you can make the most of Arraial d’Ajuda on foot, Vista connects you to the main tourist attractions, restaurants and local bars.
